A Banquet Center on the Brazos River!
John Knox Texas Ranger Memorial Center is a premium 6,000 sq. ft. banquet facility at a competitive price. It is located just off Interstate-35 in a wooded park with beautiful views of Baylor's McLane Stadium and the Brazos River. It is a perfect setting for parties and business conferences, wedding receptions, monthly meetings, fund raisers, training sessions, dances and more!
Knox Center is climate controlled, has a public address/sound system, elegant restrooms, a staging kitchen for caterers and provisions for a band, bars and dancing. Round and rectangular tables and audio-visual equipment are available for rental. Free parking is available on site.
Knox Center is situated on Waco's Riverwalk less than a mile from the Waco Convention Center, major hotels and restaurants. It accommodates up to 350 for dinner-style seating or dances and 550 for theater-style (rows of chairs) seating. The adjoining Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum can be opened by special arrangement for evening events.

Step #2 - Estimating Fees
Pricing of Knox Center is based on the day of the week:
Weekday (Monday - Thursday) rates
Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) rates
To reserve the room, a required deposit of $750 Weekday and $1,000 Weekend is due with signed contract.
Typical Out-of-Pocket Expense:
Weekday with up to 200 guests $1,350
Weekday with up to 400 guests $1,750
Weekend with up to 200 guests $1,600
Weekend with up to 400 guests $2,000
Costs may vary depending on the utilization of the room, catering needs, additional services we offer, etc.

Confirms Catering and Security Arrangements.
- Do's & Don'ts (1 page) in English or in Español.
Explains what you can and cannot do in the facility during your event to avoid clean-up and damage fees.
After booking your event, we are happy to provide a list of service providers and caterers. Service providers include decorators, lighting and sound equipment companies, and other services, as well as approved contacts for security services. Pre-Approved Caterers have the necessary licenses and paperwork on file; however, you may use any caterer so long as we receive the necessary paperwork.
