In the past week, TRHFM has been featured by two media outlets.

The first was by MSN.com titled “30 museums everyone should visit at least once in Texas, according to Tripadvisor reviewers (msn.com).”

Four Waco museums, namely The Texas Ranger Hall of Fame, the Waco Mammoth National Monument, Mayborn Museum Complex and the Dr Pepper Museum, have made it to this coveted top 2% list. TRHFM was ranked #6 statewide.

There are over 1,314 museums in Texas, including more than 1,000 history museums. These four Waco museums share the distinction with other much larger renowned institutions such as Space Center Houston, The Alamo, The Perot Museum, The George W. Bush & LBJ Presidential Libraries and the Kimbell Art Museum.

In the second feature by Fort Cavazos Sentinel is titled “Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum puts star in Lone Star.” Blair Dupre visited the Museum and documented it for the paper. Dupre wrote, “As someone who enjoys learning about true crime, my favorite part of the museum are the exhibits on the Rangers’ efforts in fighting crime both in the past and today.”

The long-term efforts of many supporters made these features and achievements possible, and we thank them.
