We recently received a generous donation of this engraved Colt Bisley .45 from 1904. The pistol was engraved by Phil E. Hudson in 1984. Hudson worked as a firearm engraver for many Texas Rangers during the 1980s-1990s.
The pistol is nickel and 14k gold plated. The grips are mother of pearl and you can see a Ranger badge and the words "Texas Rangers" in the detailed decoration. It was donated in memory of Robert Rose.
