These impressive legal pad cases are handmade for the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice shops. We only get a few at the time, and our supply can be discontinued without warning.

"Most "executive" pad holders on the market are flimsy, made of cardboard covered with thin plastic or "glove" leather. Set one on the sharp corner of a desk, or accidentally poke it with a pen point, and it's history.
This is Texas Ranger quality, made in the same shops where many Rangers have their gunbelts made. The stitched, hand-tooled and dyed saddle leather breaks in over time like a pair of quality boots!
This pad holder will still be getting admiring looks when your current cell phone or PDA is a worn-out memory. The Hall of Fame Director bought an earlier model he still uses after 13 years!
The front of the portfolio is decorated with a hand-tooled Texas Ranger badgse. The reverse displays a hand-tooled Great Seal of Texas.
Inside it holds a letter-sized pad, two pens or pencils and a features a business card pocket with a velcro fastener.
